Friendly neighborhood.

So nice to have one.
More than the goodies, knowing you have somebody near you who loves you.

Love thy neighbor.

Eyes eyes baby!

From last school year, Summer went home with a prescription from the school doctor to bring her to an eye doctor.

As much as possible I wouldn't want her to wear glasses. I know it's exciting at first but it's so uncomfortable.

I want to bring her to a doctor I can trust and not just to any doctor who is into business. Good thing we have Doc Jim.

Summer turned out to have astigmatism so wearing of glasses is a must. The little girl was giddy with excitement.

Winter said she looked like a lolo.

Summer asked her Papa if she looked like me. I am not just sure which answer she would wish to hear from his papa - yes or no.

Playing with Mac

Nin bought a new Mac.
The kids had fun playing photos with it.
One of their favorite was the rollercoaster ride.
Look! No hands!

Creating memories

Let me borrow Nin's words as I share with her our story the night we baked cupcakes - creating memories.

We were not raised using the oven. My mom is not into baking. I heard stories from my classmates. And that's something I want to give my kids for a change, stories of baking with their mom.

Thanks to Tita Jack fir the boxes of cake mix she gave us with matching frostings. I just bought sprinkles. Voila! The kids had fun creating their cupcakes.

Looking forward to more time at home for more baking.

Going Dutch

Welcome our new neighbor from Netherlands - Tita Sexy and her little boy Lucas.

Winter got a new playmate.

Fil-Am Breakfast

We had the Canadians over for breakfast. We cannot accommodate the family for overnight. I can only accommodate 2 persons at a time. That made me realize how small my home is. But that's fine with me.

To make everybody happy, we prepared Filipino and American breakfast. Omar prepared ham and bacon with toast and a platter of assorted daing with garlic rice. I prepared the scrambled eggs. We served mango, pineapple and watermelon juice with fresh banana, mango and duhat.

It was a change preparing breakfast.

Dinner at Faith

Had dinner at Ojays and Yangs place.

Had Yangs yummy spaghetti and Ojays yummy ribs.

Patabaan winner na naman.

Knock out!

Went to the office after The Sunday mass, after breakfast.
Left Omar and the kids at home minus the yaya.
I came home with my baby boy sleeping ON the floor!
With blanket, in fairness.

Welcome

Look at our new neighbors! They are a sight to see. Only, they smell in the afternoon.

Hopeful.

See! Hope is upon me again.

There's the silver lining!

Summer break

No travel again 😔.

We brought the kids to Subic. Thanks to Tito Ancel for being our host.

We stayed at the Subic Bay Yacht Club.
Brought the kids to Zoobic Safari.
Went duty free shopping.
We ate a lot.
The kids swam in the bathroom. Thank God it was just too hot to go outside.
And Tito Ancel brought the kids boat riding.
The little boy cried. He didn't want to go home.

More than the outing, it was the family bonding I loved most. Plus listening to the kids share stories of their vacation to the family. They can now remember. Babies no more.

There's hope.

Going home, I saw this long rainbow on a clear sky - no obstructions, no buildings, no flyovers.

There's hope without limits, without boundaries.

Feels nice.

Dinner for PM snack

Omar's neighbor from work invited us for a merienda at Kamay Kainan. He suggested we try their new kebab.

What was supposed to be a merienda turned to dinner. We weren't able to eat dinner anymore when we got home.

I took a photo of kuhol - specially dedicated for Nin! It's her favorite!

Bake time!

Went home a little early today.

Enough time for zumba before dinner time. But Summer asked if we can bake. How can I say no to that?

We made our last box of Ghirardelli brownies. Perfect timing to make use of the disney apron set I bought for them. How cute!

And to top it all! They ate and loved it!

Weekend with Kim

We invited Kim to spend the weekend with us at Bulacan. The kids went swimming everyday - from Friday to Saturday to Sunday.

And we capped it off with take out from McDonalds.

They sure had fun!

My ate and my babies

Ate Nora spent the night at home, having fun taking care of my babies, when she used to take care of me before.

Thank you!

Cake mix! 5 of them! With a can of frosting!

Excited! I want to stay home! How? I am my own boss now. I don't have time.

Must find a way!

Cuteness X 8

Look how fast they've grown!

We have 5 girls and 3 boys!

Happy birthday Ate Gigie!

It's the new help's 18th birthday! Yes, child labor for the last 4 months.

We had spaghetti for dinner.
Omar bought cake and barbecue.
The birthday celebrant bought pizza.

Instant party for the sick debutante.

Guess who!

Look who came to visit me at the office!

Ate Nora! And Ate Emma!

Wow! I'm big na!

Lunch date with mommy

I miss this! Eating out with mommy, just the two of us. It's been a while.

We had lunch at Las Paellas at Greenhills. Lunch was superb and filling! We still have enough to bring home for Jenny.

I hope Mommy enjoyed it as much as I did. Not just the food but the time spent together as well.

Advance happy mothers day mommy! Thank you sooo much for being the best mom in the universe! I am so blessed!

Babysitting online

The little boy wanted to play bubbles. And it's a rule that they can only play with bubbles outside or inside their bathroom.

I was busy working so I cannot go out and play with him. We didn't bring their yaya.

My bright kids suggested that they play where I can see them through cctv.

There! Everybody happy!

Trying korean

I had a wedding and went home late.

Omar waited for me at the shop as long as I will treat him out for dinner.

We cruised along katipunan at Ateneo all the way to White Plains until we saw Seoul Barbecue along Libis.

We love korean food but we are more on to their soup than barbecue. They didn't have beef rib soup just like in Arirang at Clark. We had bibimbap and kim chi stew. I forgot to order fir the omelet. It was good. But nothing beats Arirang yet.

A trip to the bank

We went to the bank.
Left the ipad to the kids.
Went home.
And found these in my photo album.

Crazy! 😄
