My vegetable corner

I initially waned a vegetable garden for my landscape at home but Kuya said it is not possible due to the plants' life span so he just gave me a corner where I can do my farming.

Alugbati just sprouted out from it.
I bought tarragon and mint.
I bought hot lady and tomato which died when it was accidentally stepped on by Omar.
My help planted ginger, ampalaya and tomato found from the frontyard.

I want basil, oregano and arugula.

Aside from that, I have 2 mango trees and pandan at the backyard.

What was supposed to be a birthday lunch with the Santiagos 2nd gen turned to a dinner with just the family.

Kuya's been sick with on and off fever since Tuesday. Come Easter Mass, he had a moment of blurred vision. And with his size, we have to bring him to the hospital while he can still walk because we do not have the strength to carry him.

Good thing his sugar was normal. He was just dehydrated so he was sent home.

Good Friday

It was a tradition since I got married to do the Stations of the Cross while doing the Visita Iglesia on Good Friday at Bulacan.

We didn't have enough prayer books so we thought of uploading app in our gadgets so we can all have the same prayers with every station.

Old tradition in a modern way.

Last station will be the fishball stand next to the Church.

Holy Wednesday

For more than a decade now, we've been going to the Divine Mercy with Mons Flint for the Stations of the Cross.

We always end up with strangers finishing with us since they can recognize that we have a monsignor with us saying short homily in every station.

And we discovered where we can buy the suman with buko and pinipig.

Bought this so I can pay card at S&R.

I saw this set of 4 tumbler glass which matches our plate set but it was on sale so it was cheap. Still, I didn't bring enough cash for I am used to using card. So I looked around to purchase something else to add on to the bill and saw this.

Good thing I didn't have enough cash. I got to taste this. It's so yummy!

Lolo's space

Lolo Oka's been asking Winter to sit next to him but the bratty little big just kept on ignoring him. Until Julian sat next to Lolo with his Ipad and the girls stood next to them to watch Julian play with his ipad and here comes the little boy to play with them too.

Now, Lolo got to sit next to Winter 😉
