As we were grocery shopping with Mama last week, she recommended a stir-fry garlic eggplant mix for emergency dish. I bought eggplants and tofu.
But we are having dinner with Ate's boss, who is coming from the US. But I had spare time and prepared the dish. I left it for Omar to taste.
