Race car

Winter was so excited when he saw this car at Omar's car shop.
Good thing they were friends with the owner so my Winter boy was able to get pictures in the car.
Happy?

Loves cars

The little boy is just soooo like his Papa.  He loves cars.

Lola Olive gave him cars crocs.  He did not want to wear it at first for it was pretty tight, but for the love of cars, he wore it to school today.
Ninong Ojay and Tita Yang gave him cars sando and shorts too.
And Winter went home wearing just the socks and his yaya holding the shoes.

Mama, I show you!

Winter welcomed me at home with this remark.  He was so excited and dragged me to our room to show me his work of art.
Baby, Mama's happy you love arts and you're creative.  But please spare our wall with your art. You can post your stickers on papers or your books or bags or toys, but not on our walls please.
Sorry to spoil the surprise for Mama, but you have to clean it up.  Thanks Fifi Ate for helping.

Winter's 1st Family day.

It was Playschool's Family Day and we're with the blue team.

We came in late and missed the cheering part.  And as soon as we got to the court, I was in a game without even getting our seat.

Our team won and the kids had a grand time.
We brought hotdog for our food to share and had snack with other families from the school and from the neighborhood.

I'm not in the photos again, I'm the photographer =(.

3rd year of Winter

Winter is turning 3!

We had our reservation at Greenwich at SM Bicutan on a Sunday to have everybody in the family join us. Jenny is coding on a Monday and Orland's leaving for Singapore so we have to celebrate it early.
We had pizza and pasta. We just love Greenwich's lasagna.
We had Cars for the cake. We wanted Diego but Goldilocks and Red Ribbon was not carrying the theme for Diego so we had Cars instead. Winter loved it just the same.
After dinner, the kids just have to cap the night off with some rides from the lower level.
The kids, yes including Summer, just loves opening gifts. Winter's favorite was from Ninong Dojoe - a fire truck!
Now he keeps on saying, Mama buy battery! Happy birthday Winter!

Linggo ng Wika

The little boy, always following his Ate Summer around the house, got the virus too. He's been having on and off fever too with cough and colds too.

But we were able to bring him to school for their Linggo ng wika. No activities, just come to school in white shirt and bandana and bring Filipino food. He did not have any fever in the morning. He went to school too without diaper on.
I didn't know that he was starting to learn how to write his name. Good thing I brought him to school so I can practice him more at home.
But he got sick again after school =(. Have to bring him back to the doctor.

My musician?

Winter loves making noise - he likes laying with the piano.
Winter knows how his Ate Summer loves to write. Winter loves doing what his Ate Summer is doing.
Therefore, why not do both? Play the piano while writing. Pwede!

My School Boy.

The little boy woke up early today, must be excited for his first day of school.
Yes, he must wear his shades to school.
Playschool, here comes Summer's brother, watch out!
First stop will be the Toddlers Class area outside of the classroom...
... where they are allowed to do whatever they want - artworks...
.... they can play with the toys around...
Then, they will have to go inside the Toddlers Classroom. This time, parents were not allowed inside and the babies cooperated too.I then went back after 2hours to pick up the little boy with a good job stamp!
He looked like a big boy here carrying his own stuff.
Oh, it's a mixed emotion, having my baby go to school.

Practice lang.

I've enrolled Winter at Playschool International for Toddlers Class to help him increase his vocabulary =). For his age, he still has limited vocabulary, which is common among boys.

Good thing we were able to save Ate Summer's uniform shirts from Playschool. I was able to save a few bucks.
Summer lasted in it for 3years, I'm not quite sure with Winter. The boy is pretty excited with his new shirt.

My little bumbay.

This is how my little boy looked like when I met him for lunch at Mommy's house.
Doesn't he look like a bumbay selling stuff for 5-6? He won't let his deep set eyes to no use =).

Tiny bubbles.

Nin passed by our house just to see and play with the babies. Winter played bubbles and I just cannot stop myself from getting my cam to capture the moment. I'm sure her titas across the globe will love these pics.
Go lips! Go lips, Go!

Rain!

With Winter's very small vocabulary, one of his few words is 'Rain'. And just as he was taking his cold shower this afternoon, he called the shower rain, using the tabo as his umbrella.
Cutie - stage mom alert again!

Eyes.

Odie and Carla weren't able to join us at Summer's birthday dinner at KFC. They brought their gift for Summer today and Winter got hold of it.
They brought gift for Julian too and Winter took it too.
And he called them... Eyes.

On duty.

We went to Makro and since Winter was up already, we brought him along with us. He was wearing a hand me down pants from my now-19yo nephew AJ.
And in payment for helping us out buy stuff, I rewarded him with a siomai. He had a pretty hard time biting on it since he lost his front teeth already but still so madiskarte finding a way on how he can eat it.
Work is better done with play =).

Yogurt stick

Jojie and her family came to visit us at Malolos. She was walking around with her family holding a tupperware with different colored sticks inside and so I asked her what it was and she gave me one to try. Jojie, so nice and sweet and thoughtful, gave it to me for the kids. The kids wouldn't know how to eat it so I just kept it at the office so I would have something to munch on when I'm sleepy at work and did not bring it home to the kids. Well, that's what I thought. As soon as Summer stepped into the office, she saw the tupperware and took it. I learned from her that you call them yogurt sticks.

Here's my little boy, without front teeth and loving candies so much, eating yogurt sticks at his best.
Thanks Tita Jojie!

Line of cars

Winter. He loves lining up his cars.
He's my only boy. He has his ate but his ate never played with cars. I wonder where he learned to play with cars. True blood, Omar's son. Loves cars.
