We were invited to join the motorcade for the opening of The Cinema at The Cabanas. It is owned and operated by my Dad's family so we happily supported the event.
Coming from Paranaque, we tried to be there by 7am. More than 30 cars participated in the event. The motorcade, from Calumpit, went to Apalit, back to Calumpit, Hagonoy, Paombong, Malolos, Tabang and back to The Cabanas.
Fr. Santiago blessed the opening of the Cinema and the cutting of the ribbon.
Lunch was served. After lunch, we saw the movie 'The Day the Earth Stood Still'.
Finally, a cinema so accessible. I hope to get updated with the movies soon!
