I'm bad! I had too much to eat today!
I had rice for breakfast - I usually eat oats, for almost 6months I think!
I had rice again for lunch - I try not to eat rice at lunch time either.
I had vegetables for dinner - my usual dinner,
EXCEPT!
I had bibingka and goto and tea for snacks after dinner.
Followed with a platter of cholesterol and uric acid - a pasalubong from Kuya Olejoe.Haaaayyy!!! 18 more days before Christmas, more days of food! Pano na ang weight at ang waist line?
